About me

Himanshu Satija is a Partner at Advocatus Law Offices and an Advocate on Record with the Supreme Court of India. My biography

Himanshu Satija is a Partner at Advocatus Law Offices with nearly a decade of experience as a litigating advocate. He is an Advocate on Record with the Supreme Court of India — a designation that permits him to file matters directly before the Court and instruct other advocates in Supreme Court proceedings. His practice is primarily focused on insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate law, white-collar matters involving money laundering and benami properties, criminal law, consumer disputes, and real estate regulation.

 

Himanshu has extensive experience in successfully handling matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of various states, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) across its benches, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunals, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Adjudicating Authorities and the Appellate Tribunal under PMLA and the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, Consumer Commissions, and Real Estate Regulatory Authorities and Appellate Tribunals across states. Prior to his legal career, Himanshu holds an engineering background — having studied Electrical Engineering at YMCA University — alongside his LLB from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
